Kayla Gan

Kayla Gan, OTD, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at UCLA Health and Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation. With a strong foundation in occupational therapy from the University of Southern California, including a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Kayla has specialized in treating adolescents and adults with neurological conditions and chronic pain. As a doctoral resident, Kayla developed and implemented Lifestyle Redesign® treatment plans, and also established USC's first mast cell activation support group. Previous experience includes serving as a co-president for USC Pi Theta Epsilon, facilitating interprofessional collaboration in a student-run clinic, and designing treatment plans for children with various diagnoses during level II fieldwork. Kayla's research background includes evaluating sonography's effectiveness in analyzing nerve dynamics.
