Deepak Vairat

Deepak Vairat has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of Human Resources at REI Systems since April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources at VisionTech Group from December 2022 to April 2023. Deepak also has experience as a Senior Manager in Human Resources at Facile Services Pvt Ltd from January 2020 to September 2022, and at Airborne Industries LLP from September 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they worked as a Manager in Corporate HR at BARAMATI AGRO LTD from August 2017 to March 2018. Deepak Vairat completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from Modern Education Society's Ness Wadia College of Commerce in Pune from 1998 to 2001. Deepak then pursued a Masters of Commerce degree in Commerce from the same college from 2001 to 2003. Afterwards, they attended Neville Wadia Institute Of Management Studies and Research from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Personnel Management degree in Human Resources Management and Services. From 2005 to 2007, they studied at ILS Law College and earned a Master of Labour Law and Labour Welfare degree in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare.
