Jason Hickey

Jason Hickey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outdoor leadership, sales, and team management. Currently serving as a Sales Specialist at REI since January 2022, Jason has previously held multiple leadership roles at Northern Tier High Adventure Base, including Wilderness Voyage Director, Bissett Assistant Director, and Assistant Trail Staff Manager. Key achievements include coordinating staffing, training, and operational programs while navigating challenges such as government restrictions. Jason's early experience encompasses roles as Logistics Coordinator and Foreman, along with leadership positions within the Boy Scouts of America and the Order of the Arrow. Jason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico and an Associate degree from New Mexico Military Institute.
