Mike Deflitch

Mike DeFlitch has a strong background in engineering and leadership, with extensive experience in coaching and mentoring direct reports, developing new training programs, and overseeing various projects. Mike has also taught leadership courses at Carlow University and served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate. DeFlitch holds a Master's Degree in Professional Leadership from Carlow University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
