Clare Oldham

Clare Oldham has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Clare has held various roles at different companies throughout their career. Clare started their career as a Customer Service Officer at Yorkshire Bank in 2000. Clare then worked as a Private Client Account Handler at Oval Insurance Broking from 2002 to 2003. Following this, they worked as a Delegated Authority Underwriter at R P Hodson IB Ltd/Oval Insurance Broking from 2003 to 2006. Clare then joined Arthur J Gallagher as a Senior Compliance Officer from 2006 to 2014.

In 2015, Clare moved to QBE European Operations where they held multiple roles. Clare first worked as a Claims Controller for Delegated Claims Management from 2015 to 2016. Clare then transitioned into a new role as a Claims Controller for Compliance & Conduct from 2016 to 2022. In 2019, they became an Assistant Governance Manager at QBE European Operations and served in that position until 2022.

In 2020, Clare joined QBE Insurance as a Group IT Procurement Governance Manager. Their responsibilities included developing and maintaining the governance framework for the Global Technology Services function. Clare also worked as a Procurement Risk and Governance Manager at QBE Insurance from 2021 to 2023, where they oversaw risk and governance across the European Operations supply base.

Most recently, Clare joined Reich Insurance Group in 2023 as the Head of Compliance.

Clare Oldham obtained their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from The Manchester Metropolitan University between 1997 and 2000. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1997, they completed their A-Levels at Hopwood Hall College. Clare completed their high school education at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School from 1990 to 1995, where they focused on GCSE courses.
