Mario Pelz

Mario Pelz has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Mario began their career in 2013 as an Industrial Clerk at Shera Werkstoff-Technologie GmbH, where they gained practical experience in different departments of a manufacturing company. In 2020, they joined Improbable as a Game Scout, a working student role where they screened websites for business opportunities. Mario excelled in their responsibilities and was offered a full-time position as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in 2021. In 2022, they transitioned to a People Operations Associate role at Improbable, where they focused on HR and employee relations. Mario Pelz's most recent position is as a Project & Customer Success Manager at reINVENT, which they assumed in 2023.

Mario Pelz completed their high school education at Therese-von-Bayern-Schule München in 2018, where they obtained a High School Diploma in Economics.
