Gregory A. Stout

Before joining Reisenfeld & Associates in October, 2009, Mr. Stout served as bankruptcy and litigation counsel in the Cincinnati branch office of a Louisville based law firm, where he focused his time on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights litigation. He has represented debtors and bankruptcy trustees in consumer bankruptcy matters and creditors in both consumer and complex commercial matters. Mr. Stout has also defended consumer practice act violations on behalf of creditors throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Mr. Stout also has experience in litigating commercial and construction litigation disputes.
