Eibhlín Payne has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the customer support and service industry. Eibhlín is currently the Group Chief Operating Officer at RelateCare | Communicating Better Health. Previously, they held the position of Vice President Global Customer Support & Service Technologies at Blizzard Entertainment, where they led a global team and oversaw digital self-service, social media, and online interactions. Eibhlín also served as the Senior Director Global Customer Support Operations and Director of Service Technologies. Prior to Blizzard Entertainment, Eibhlín worked at Telefónica as the Head of Customer Care and at Avis Budget Group as the Head of Regional Operations and Head of Customer Support. Eibhlín started their career at The AA as the Manager of Member Relations.
Eibhlín Payne's education history includes a Master of Arts degree in History from Trinity College Dublin. Prior to that, they completed their Leaving Certificate at St Wolstans Celbridge Co Kildare.
