Jared Pawelka

Jared Pawelka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jared started their career in 2003 at Arvest Bank, where they worked as a Banker and Merchant Services Representative. Jared then moved on to Financial Institution Research, where they served as a Managing Director from 2003 to 2009. In 2008, they joined Capital West Securities, Inc. as an Investment Banker, specializing in corporate M&A/divestitures and capital-raising. At JPMorgan Chase, Jared held multiple roles, including Private Banker and Investment Specialist, where they provided private banking services and managed investment portfolios for accredited investors and qualified purchasers. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Managing Director of Investment Banker at Mid-America Growth & Capital, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising for mid-sized firms. In 2018, Jared worked as the Director of Corporate Development at Matrix Service Company. Most recently, they joined Relation Insurance Services in 2021, where they have held roles as the Producer Support Integration Specialist and Manager of Sales Operations. Jared currently serves as the Director of Central Region Sales Development at Relation Insurance Services. Jared also has experience in academia, working as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Oklahoma State University starting in 2020. Overall, Jared Pawelka has a well-rounded background with expertise in finance, investment banking, private banking, management, and academia.

Jared Pawelka holds a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst™ degree from the Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI). Jared also earned an MBA in Finance from Oklahoma State University and a BA from Texas Christian University. Additionally, Jared has obtained several certifications, including the Construction Executive Program from the Financial Management Institute, Financial Forecasting with Big Data and Statistics Foundations from LinkedIn, and various courses from the Corporate Finance Institute® in areas such as Accounting, Excel Modeling, Behavioral Finance, and Business Valuation. Jared has also obtained a Property and Casualty Insurance License from the Oklahoma Insurance Department.
