Product Manager, Core Services at Relay Network

Suzi Fredericks is currently a Product Manager for Core Services at Relay Network. Prior to that, they worked as a Client Engagement Manager at Optymyze from January 2015 to November 2015. There, they lead an award-winning agile implementation of a sales operations management system for a US-based pharmaceutical company. Suzi also engaged client sales organizations at all levels from C-suite to sales representatives in order to establish trust and credibility, gather program feedback and continuously improve services and products for all users. Before working at Optymyze, Suzi was with Synygy from September 2004 to December 2014 as a Professional Services Operations Manager. During that time, they cut new employee time to productivity in half by designing and implementing employee on-boarding and manager training programs. Suzi also lead the design and roll-out of leadership development and lunch and learn programs across three global offices. Additionally, Suzi transformed the annual review process resulting in 30% reduction in administrative overhead and 80% increase in compliance. Lastly, they increased the volume of peer to peer feedback by 40% by transforming the feedback process and coaching employees.

Suzi Fredericks has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington and Lee University.
