Jhamile Scott, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in Human Resources, beginning in 2010 when they worked as a Kiosk Sales Manager and Wireless Sales Expert for Wireless Advocates. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Administrative Assistant for Services for the UnderServed. From 2015 to 2018, Jhamile worked at UncommonGoods as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator and Seasonal HR Coordinator. In 2018, they moved to SEDC as an HR Generalist. In 2019, Jhamile became a Global HR Business Partner for eVestment. In 2021, they took on the role of Director of People Operations and Sr. People Ops Business Partner for Relay Payments, as well as HR Business Partner for NerdWallet. Additionally, Jhamile has provided culture consulting for start-ups and small businesses through The Rise Journey since 2017.

Jhamile Scott, SHRM-CP obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Augusta University between 2011 and 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they completed Continuing Education Units in Human Resources at Pace University. Jhamile also holds the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
