Louis Liapis

Louis Liapis has over 20 years of work experience in the technology and insurance industry. Louis currently works as the Customer Success Director at relayr. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Client Success at Insurity from 2018 to 2021, where they led large teams and focused on customer satisfaction and KPIs. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Program Manager at Insurity, leading strategic accounts and driving process optimization.
