Rop P.

Rop P. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They started their career at DHL Supply Chain as an Infrastructure & Service Management (ISM) Associate from October 2010 to September 2011. They then worked at RTI International as an ICT Support Assistant from November 2016 to February 2017. After that, they joined Eldotec Consultancy Services as an IT Support Representative from June 2017 to December 2017.

In 2020, Rop P. joined Cloud Productivity Solutions Limited as a Technical Support Engineer from October 2020 to January 2021. They then progressed to become a Lead Technical Support Engineer from February 2021 to March 2022. In this role, they helped customers with Microsoft 365 solutions and conducted impactful workshops to drive user adoption.

Currently, Rop P. is working at Reliance Infosystems. They started as a Technical Operations Manager in March 2022 and were promoted to the role of Senior VP - Strategic Alliances & Operations Management in July 2023.

Rop P. completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained their O Levels from Mang'u High School from 2001 to 2004. Rop also has additional certifications from various institutions, including Microsoft and Project Management Institute, in fields such as business analysis, data analysis, generative AI, project management, cybersecurity architecture, and cloud computing.
