Hemant Kumar Rawat

Hemant Kumar Rawat has worked in various roles within the field of Human Resources. Hemant Kumar started their career in 2008 as an HR Executive at Crompton Greaves, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, initially serving as a Human Resources Business Partner until 2017. From 2017 to 2022, Hemant held the position of Zonal Manager - Human Resources, and in April 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at the same company.

Hemant Kumar Rawat completed their Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management Bhopal, specializing in Hospitality Administration/Management. Hemant Kumar pursued higher studies and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR & Retail Management from the Oriental College of Management Bhopal.
