Pratiksha Shringarpure

Pratiksha Shringarpure has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Pratiksha has held various roles in different companies, starting from their tenure at Kelly Services as an Executive-Human Resources in 2005. Pratiksha then worked as an Assistant Manager-Human Capital at Aditya Birla Minacs Ltd from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined Network 18 as a Manager-Human Resources from 2008 to 2013. Pratiksha then joined Max Life Insurance Company Limited and held three different roles: Senior Manager-Human Resources (West) from 2013 to 2016, Chief Manager-Human Resources from 2016 to 2019, and finally AVP-Human Resources from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are working as the Vice President-Human Resources at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, a position they started in October 2022.

Pratiksha Shringarpure obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the University of Mumbai. Pratiksha also pursued a Post Graduate (PG) program in Human Resources (HR) from Symbiosis in 2005. However, specific starting and ending years of their education are not available.
