Dale Wallace

Dale Wallace, DTM has an extensive work experience spanning over several years. From 1997 to 1999, they worked at Knowledge Express as an Information Specialist. Dale then joined Wolters Kluwer / Lippincott Williams & Wilkins as a Senior HR Manager and stayed there until 2004. In 2004, they joined Solectron as the National Training Director and remained in that position until 2007. Dale then moved on to ARAMARK, where they held the role of Director, Training & Leadership Development from 2008 to 2009, followed by the position of Senior Director, Leadership Development from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, Dale joined Premise Health as the Director, Talent Management and later became the Vice President, Talent Management. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Director, Talent Development at Reliance Matrix. Then, from 2019 to 2021, they held the role of AVP, Talent Development, and is currently serving as the VP Talent Management.

Dale Wallace, DTM, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Economics from Bucknell University, which was obtained between 1980 and 1984. Following this, Dale attended The George Washington University, where they earned a Master's and a PhD degree in Psychology from 1984 to 1991. Dale has also obtained numerous certifications, including a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) from Toastmasters International in 2023.
