Sara Hickman

Sara Hickman is a seasoned professional in client success and account management, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at ReliaQuest since September 2024. Previously, Sara held positions as Account Director at both Xenith - Intelligent Content Services and ZigZag Global, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and driving sales. Prior roles span various sales management positions at Groupe Bleeding Heart Ltd and Edwardian Hotels London, as well as early experience in hotel management and guest services at Radisson Blu Edwardian, Sheraton Wuxi Binhu Hotel, Hyatt On The Bund, and Blue Palace Resort & Spa. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management with a specialization in Marketing from Les Roches and completed the International Baccalaureate at the International School of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
