Abdullah Rao

Abdullah Rao is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer engineering and software development, currently serving as a Sr. Manager of Customer Engineering at Reltio since March 2023. Prior to this, Abdullah held various roles at Informatica from February 2006 to February 2023, culminating in the position of Principal Software Engineer in Advanced Customer Engineering. Responsibilities included managing engineering teams, handling customer escalations, and ensuring timely delivery of product fixes. Abdullah demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and employing a range of technologies including AWS, Hadoop, and various data management products. Abdullah possesses a Master’s degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
