Brandon Chic

Brandon Chic is a Customer Success Manager and Technical Account Manager at Reltio since August 2018, specializing in technical advocacy for top customers, solution architecture design, and proactive issue management to enhance platform adoption and usage. Previously, as a Customer Success Consultant at QGenda from September 2016 to August 2018, Brandon managed full project life cycles for implementing cloud-based software in healthcare, including client training and change management. Brandon holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering with a focus on Power Track, along with a Technical Communication Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
