Amy Zhu

Amy Zhu has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a QA & ML Data Labeling Specialist at Relyance AI and a Data Annotation Specialist, Autopilot AI at Tesla. At Tesla, they analyzed critical data sets and collaborated with computer vision engineers to improve the design of a labeling interface. Amy also made important judgement calls on challenging edge cases. Prior to their role at Tesla, Amy worked as a Teller at Wells Fargo and as an Art Director & Concept Artist at MEGATAP. Amy also gained experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Santa Cruz and as a Barista at Smitten Ice Cream.

Amy Zhu attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Art and Design with a focus on Games and Playable Media. Their field of study was Game Design. In addition, they obtained several certifications from Coursera, including "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions," "Prepare Data for Exploration," and "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" in 2022.
