Alex Aguilar

Alex Aguilar has a strong work experience in the real estate industry. Alex started their career as a Real Estate Agent at Remax One in 1990. Later, they joined RE/MAX One in 2004 as a Sales Manager, Vice-President, and Director of Recruiting. Their responsibilities included assisting agents with their daily business and recruiting top agents for the organization. Currently, Alex is working at RE/MAX Gold as a Sales Manager and Director of Recruiting and Retention. In this role, they recruit, trains, and assists with transactions and problem-solving. Alex also continues to develop their recruiting skills through training at the Northern California Training Center.
