Makenzie Wells

Makenzie Wells has a wealth of experience in technical operations, customer success engineering and business development. Makenzie began their career in 2009 with Unlimited Systems as an Integration Consultant, and was promoted to Manager - Systems Integration and Engineering in their first year. In 2015, they joined Glooko as a Customer Success Manager and was promoted to Senior Director of Global Client Services and Senior Director, Business Development. In 2020, they joined Remind as Senior Director of Technical Operations, Head of Customer Success Engineering, and Success Engineer. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for building teams, promoting clinical research projects, and architecting integration solutions.

Makenzie Wells obtained a BA in Mathematics from Berea College between 2002 and 2006. Makenzie then went on to obtain a Master in Software Engineering from Eastern Kentucky University between 2007 and 2009. In 2018, they obtained a Product Management certification from General Assembly. In 2019, they obtained a Data Analysis Circuit certification from General Assembly. In 2020, they obtained Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals and Modernizing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses with GCP certifications from Coursera. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Data Scientist certification from Practicum by Yandex, as well as Foundations and PMC Level I certifications from Pragmatic Institute. Makenzie is currently enrolled in Practicum USA for a Data Scientist program.
