Uchenna Okpagu

Uchenna Okpagu is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence, software development, and mobile applications. Currently serving as the Chief AI Officer at Remita since November 2021, Uchenna is responsible for AI innovation and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Uchenna held several key positions at SystemSpecs, including Divisional CTO and Chief Solutions Architect, where contributions included the development and integration of Remita Mobile applications with banks and government agencies. Uchenna's earlier roles at Chams Plc and Sterling Bank Plc involved leading software development for critical banking applications and mobile money systems. Uchenna's career began at Equitorial Trust Bank, where foundational projects included the development of e-payment systems and internet banking applications. Uchenna holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
