Paula Dieli is the current Vice President of Onboarding & Mobility at Remote. Paula has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in engineering, program management, and operations.

Paula started their career in 1999 as the Director of Engineering, Quality Assurance and Program Management at Macromedia, Inc./Andromedia Inc. Paula was responsible for leading a team of engineers and quality assurance specialists to develop and release software products on time and within budget. In 2007, Paula joined Adobe Systems as the Director of Engineering for Adobe Voice. During their time at Adobe, Paula led a team of engineers to develop and release a new product called Adobe Voice, which allows users to create narrated videos with photos and illustrations.

In 2015, Paula left Adobe to join Zendesk as the Vice President of Program Management & Operations. Paula was responsible for driving operational effectiveness for the company as VP of both the Operations and Program Management organizations. In 2019, Paula assumed responsibility for the Operations team to ensure a single, streamlined organizational structure that created a fully aligned execution engine for the company. In 2020, Paula left Zendesk to join Remote as the VP of Onboarding & Mobility.

Paula Dieli has a M.A. in Translation from Kent State University and a B.A. in Computer Science, French from the State University of New York.

They work with Marcelo Lebre - Co-Founder, CTO & COO, Kim Cook - Chief of Staff, and Iarla O'Carroll - VP, Customer Experience. Their manager is Job Van Der Voort, CEO.
