This team oversees the customer journey, managing onboarding processes, addressing and resolving issues, optimizing client engagement, and driving customer satisfaction and retention globally. They work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure the effective utilization of Remote's platform for global payroll and worker management. Additionally, they collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve the service offerings.
