Anna Saxby

Anna Saxby has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anna is currently the Head of People Operations at REMY Robotics, where they lead the HR department. Prior to their current role, they served as the People Operations Manager at REMY Robotics, overseeing various HR responsibilities and implementing employee perks and benefits. Before joining REMY Robotics, Anna worked as the Team Care Manager (Employee Relations) at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the relocation process of new recruits and managing employee benefits.

Earlier in their career, Anna was the Business Manager & Course Coordinator at YOGABODY International and Studio Manager at the same company. Anna also worked as an English Language Instructor at Callan School of English - Barcelona, where they delivered language classes to both private and corporate groups.

Anna's entrepreneurial experience includes co-directing and founding SphereMania® Barcelona, a company they worked at from 2008 to 2012. Anna also had a brief stint as a Travel Consultant at Travelbag in 2007.

In 2018, Anna completed a Catalan Language course, known as Catalá Presencial, at Consorci Per a la Normalització Lingüística. Moreover, they pursued a Diploma in Foreign and Ex-patriot Workers in Spain, focusing on Fiscal and Labor aspects, from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros, which they completed from 2019 to 2020.
