Scarlet Aid

Scarlet Aid, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People Operations at Neptune Medical since September 2023. Previously, Scarlet held similar leadership roles at Jupiter Endovascular, Sonatus, and Giant.AI, showcasing expertise in human resources for various organizations, including a med tech SaaS start-up with a global workforce. Prior experience includes serving as HRBP Manager at NICE America Research, Inc., where strategic support was provided to the executive team, and directing employee benefits as an Employee Benefit Systems Specialist at The ABD Team. As the founder of Fur Friends Pet Services, Scarlet developed a business focused on pet training and behavior seminars. An early career included consulting for Pets in Practice and a research studentship at the University of Reading, where investigations into human behavior and green energy systems were conducted. Scarlet holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Reading.
