TeQuana Bayless

TeQuana Bayless has extensive work experience in the field of biotechnology and therapeutics. TeQuana most recently served as the Head of In Vivo Pharmacology at ReNAgade Therapeutics since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at CRISPR Therapeutics from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Principal Research Associate, Senior Research Associate, and Scientist I. TeQuana also worked as a Research Associate II at Crown Bioscience, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, and at the David H. Murdock Research Institute/Crown Bioscience North Carolina Inc. from 2012 to 2016.

TeQuana Bayless completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, with a focus on General Biology, at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they pursued an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Biotechnology at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, which they completed during the academic year of 2010 to 2011. Most recently, TeQuana has been attending Drexel University College of Medicine, where they are currently pursuing a Master's of Animal Laboratory Science degree.
