Cindy Xia

Cindy Xia has a strong background in pharmaceutical research and development. Cindy is currently the VP of Translational Sciences at ReNAgade Therapeutics, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of DMPK and Bioanalysis at MPM NewCo starting from September 2021. From 2014 to 2021, Cindy had various roles at Takeda, including Head of Global DMPK Oncology and Rare Disease, Sr. Director of PK and Translational Research Group at TBOS DMPK, and Director of PK and Biopharmaceutics. Before joining Takeda, they worked at Takeda Oncology as the Associate Director of Discovery PK and In Vitro ADME from August 2013 to March 2014. Cindy started their career at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2001 as a Scientist-Sr. Scientist II, and they stayed with the company until July 2013.

Cindy Xia received their Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutic Science and Master in Medicinal Chemistry from Peking University, School of Pharmacy, where they studied from 1989 to 1996. Cindy then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 1996 to 2000.
