Sara Elashi

Sara Elashi has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and landscaping. Sara is currently working as an Operation Officer and Operations Manager at reNature since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Manager and Urban Designer/Landscape Architect at Al-Wahat for Landscaping Services from October 2018 to September 2021.

Sara also has experience as a Design Architect & Coordinator at Al-Bakri and Banaja Engineering Consultant, where they worked from April 2015 to September 2018. At Design Unit, they worked as a Junior Architect from January 2015 to April 2015.

Furthermore, Sara had a part-time role as a Junior Architect at Omran Architects from May 2013 to June 2014.

Sara started their career in the industry as a Teaching Assistant at Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from September 2012 to June 2014.

Throughout their career, Sara has been involved in various projects including competition projects, commercial buildings, residential projects, multi-use buildings, and renovation projects. Sara has utilized their expertise in landscape design and interior design in these roles.

Sara Elashi's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2022, Sara attended IHS, Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued a Master's degree in Urban Management and Development with a specialization track in Infrastructure and Green Cities (IGC).

From 2017 to 2020, Sara studied at Heriot-Watt University, where they obtained a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning.

In 2012, Sara enrolled in the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, where they earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Architectural Engineering. Sara completed this program in 2014.

Sara's undergraduate education took place at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport from 2007 to 2012. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.

In terms of certifications, Sara became a Licensed Member at RTPI (Royal Town Planning Institute) in February 2021. In November 2019, they received GIS Training from Esri Northeast Africa (Esri NeA). Sara also holds the certification of Authorized Architectural Engineer K.S.A from the Saudi Council of Engineers, which they obtained in January 2015.
