Dylan Wade, EIT has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Project Engineer in T&D at RES from January 2019 to July 2021. Dylan was responsible for handling project engineering tasks in the transmission and distribution field. Dylan then transitioned to the role of Project Engineering Lead at RES in July 2021, where they continue to contribute their expertise.

Prior to their time at RES, Dylan worked as a Civil Engineer/Surveying Intern at Eastside Consultants Inc in June and July 2018. Here, they gained valuable experience in civil engineering and surveying.

In 2017, Dylan served as a Project Engineering Intern at Sierra Construction Company, Inc., where they worked on notable projects such as a four-story self-storage facility in Seattle, Washington, and a UPS distribution center in Tacoma, Washington. Dylan'sresponsibilities included permit handling, close-out responsibilities, and coordination between subcontractors.

Dylan also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Washington State University. Dylan'swork involved assisting companies in testing new building codes and conducting tests on wood composite boards. Additionally, they served as an Undergraduate Teacher Assistant, providing academic support to students and assisting with grading and proctoring exams.

Dylan Wade, EIT obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Washington State University, where they studied from 2015 to 2018. Dylan also holds certification as a Civil Engineer in Training, obtained in March 2019 from NCEES. In addition, they obtained a Procore certification as a Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in February 2020.
