Elaine O'Connell

Elaine O'Connell has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Elaine is currently working as a Project Manager at RES, where they are responsible for delivering technology projects across different value streams. Prior to that, Elaine worked as an IT Program Manager at Molson Coors Beverage Company, where they managed a team and established collaborative relationships to deliver digital e-commerce solutions. Elaine also served as a Portfolio & Programme Manager at Service Birmingham, overseeing multiple projects and introducing process improvements. Earlier in their career, Elaine worked as a Carbon Project Manager at Punch Taverns, achieving significant reductions in energy consumption. Elaine also held roles such as Labour Team Manager at Punch Taverns, Finance Manager at Spirit Group, and Group Financial Analyst at Caudwell Group. Elaine's experience also includes working as a Master Black Belt and Senior Financial Analyst at GE Capital, as well as a European Project Accountant at Nalco and Trainee Accountant at AstraZeneca.

Elaine O'Connell obtained their Bachelor of Agricultural Science (BAgrSc) degree from University College Dublin. Elaine pursued this degree from 1990 to 1994, focusing on the field of Agriculture.
