Tammy Schmieden

Tammy Schmieden has over 35 years of work experience in human resources. Tammy started their career at Container Corporation in 1985 and then worked at Kraft Foods, Inc from 1987 to 1999. In 2006, Tammy founded their own company, HR Solution Center, LLC, which they managed until 2013. Tammy joined RenewAire, LLC in 2010 as the Director of Human Resources and later became the Vice President of Human Resources in 2018. Tammy recently retired from their role as Vice President of Human Resources at RenewAire, LLC in 2022.

Tammy Schmieden has a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from UW Madison. Prior to that, they attended Wausau West, although it is unknown if they obtained a degree or pursued a specific field of study at that time.
