Monika Bienczyk

Monika Bienczyk has extensive experience in human resources, starting as a Human Resources Assistant at Stroud College and progressing to various HR roles such as HR Officer and HR Business Partner. Currently, as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Renishaw, Monika provides advice and support on a wide range of HR issues, conducts complex HR case management, and suggests innovative solutions to address organizational challenges. Monika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Gloucestershire.
