Diane Segalen

Diane Segalen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in executive search and leadership roles. Since founding SEGALEN+ASSOCIES in October 2011, Diane has served as President of this independent executive search firm, which caters to international corporations, family-owned businesses, and investment funds. Prior to this, Diane held the position of Vice President at Helen Keller Europe, focusing on efforts to eradicate preventable blindness. Diane also served as Vice Chairman at CTPartners, a leading global executive search firm, and as Partner at Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in the career, Diane worked as an Analyst at JPMorgan Chase in the M&A department. Diane holds a Magistere in Business Law and Taxation from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and completed the Young Managers Program at INSEAD in 1997.
