Sean Moore

Sean Moore has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean began their career in Burlington Industries as a Department Manager before moving on to positions of increasing responsibility. Sean served as the Plant Manager and Corporate QA Director at Unifi Manufacturing, where they achieved significant cost reductions and increased production efficiency. At TNS Mills, they were the Plant Manager with P&L responsibilities for two plants. As the Plant Production Manager at Bridgestone Firestone Diversified Products, they managed Greige, Treating, and Industrial Fabrics production, achieving waste reduction and productivity improvements. Sean later joined Filtration Group as a Plant Manager, overseeing filter manufacturing operations. As the Operations Director and Plant Manager at Purolator, they managed two manufacturing operations and led a consolidation project. Sean then joined JL Smith and Company as the Director of Operations, implementing process improvements and launching new products. Sean subsequently worked at American & Efird Elevate Textiles, initially as the Director of Procurement and Vendor Relations before being asked to manage manufacturing and operational opportunities. In their most recent role at Oxco, Inc., they served as the Plant Manager. Currently, they are working at Rensa Filtration in the role of East Coast Operations. Throughout their career, Sean has achieved significant cost savings, implemented continuous improvement projects, and exceeded key performance indicators.

Sean Moore attended East Carolina University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Management.
