Abhishek Bhosale

Abhishek Bhosale has been in the workforce since 2018. Abhishek started as an Associate Store Manager at Forever 21 in 2018 and then moved to Solitaire in 2019 as a Sourcing Manager. In the same year, they joined Braves Technologies LLC as a Talent Sourcer, where they were responsible for sourcing external, passive talent for a variety of technical positions. Abhishek leveraged LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, and other tools to source candidates effectively and efficiently. Abhishek also executed initial screening & assessment of candidates to recommend, secure, and develop talent. In 2021, they began working as a Talent Sourcer at Rent A Sourcer.

Abhishek Bhosale obtained a PGDM in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from INDIRA INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, PUNE between 2017 and 2019. Abhishek also obtained two certifications, Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in January 2023, and Sourcing Master Class from RecruitingMonk in December 2022.
