Dawn Wallace, MBA, EA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Dawn started their career at American Tax Service, Inc in 2005, where they worked as an Accountant/IRS Enrolled Agent specializing in individual and corporate taxes. In 2012, they joined S.T.E.P.S. (Students Trained to Excel with Purpose for Success), Inc. as the Treasurer until 2014.

In 2015, Dawn joined Easy Media™ as an Accounting Specialist, where they processed payroll and implemented a transition from Freshbooks to QuickBooks online accounting software. Dawn quickly rose through the ranks and became the Chief Financial Officer in April 2016. During their tenure, they expanded their responsibilities beyond finance and assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in December 2017.

In 2018, Easy Media™ was acquired by RentPath, and Dawn continued their journey with the company. Dawn served as a Sr. Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in various areas for the company's product. In March 2022, they transitioned into the role of DMS Product Implementation Manager.

Dawn's extensive experience in finance, operations, and tax preparation, along with their MBA and EA status, make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Dawn Wallace holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting at Washburn University from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Dawn has also obtained several certifications. In December 2012, they became a QuickBooks Pro Advisor through QuickBooks ProAdvisors USA LLC. In March 2010, they received the Enrolled Agent (EA) certification from the Internal Revenue Service. More recently, in October 2020, Dawn earned the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
