Kerri Jackson

Kerri Jackson has held various roles in the field of learning and development. Kerri currently works at Rent. as a Senior Learning & Development Partner, where they lead comprehensive learning programs for cross-functional teams and engages with C-Level leadership to achieve organizational goals. Prior to this, Kerri was a Senior Learning Designer (Sales) at Rent. and a Learning and Development Designer (Sales) at Valet Living, where they transformed sales learning and developed inclusive curricula.

Before joining Rent. and Valet Living, Kerri worked in various consultancy roles, including a Learning and Development Director, where they designed talent management strategies, built L&D frameworks for organizations, and guided organizational change. Kerri also has experience as a Learning and Development Manager at HIT Training, where they managed L&D operations and implemented training programs, and as a Learning Quality Manager at Interserve Learning & Employment, where they monitored the quality of learning programs and implemented improvements.

Earlier in their career, Kerri worked as a Training Manager at Intraining, where they developed comprehensive training programs, created effective eLearning content, and utilized adult learning theory and methodologies to reduce the learning curve for new employees. Overall, Kerri has a proven track record of driving performance excellence, fostering inclusive cultures, and achieving tangible results through their work in learning and development.

Kerri Jackson attended Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Diploma of Education. Their field of study during this time was Manager development, specifically focusing on Reflective practice.

In addition to their diploma, Kerri has also pursued further education in Business and Human Resource Management. Kerri studied at Arden University, although the specific dates of their enrollment and completion of the Bachelor of Arts degree are not provided.

Furthermore, Kerri has obtained a certification in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) for HR from LinkedIn. Kerri earned this certification in August 2023.
