Daniel Stern has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. From 2003 to 2017, they worked at Lagovent Real Estate Group, where they held positions such as Asset Manager and later Director of Asset Management. During their time there, they oversaw the asset management of a Texas-based multifamily portfolio and assisted in the expansion of a Los Angeles-based portfolio. In these roles, they were responsible for department coordination, team supervision, corporate reporting, vendor relations, and resident issue resolution.
Most recently, in 2020, Daniel joined Renters Warehouse as the VP of West Coast Operations before assuming the position of VP of Portfolio Construction in early 2021. Further details about their responsibilities in these roles were not provided.
Daniel Stern attended Wake Forest University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Theatre.
