Rachana Nagar, PMP, CSM, PHD has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Rachana started their career at CVS/Caremark in 2010 as a Business Analyst and then moved on to Blue Cross NC in 2012 as a Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Medifast, Inc as the Director of IT Program Management, and held that role until June 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Enterprise Strategy Planning & Program Management at Renuity, starting from July 2021.

Rachana Nagar holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which they obtained between 2005 and 2008. In addition, they have earned several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2018, Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in August 2017, and PMI- PBA (Professional Business Analyst) from the Project Management Institute in April 2017.
