Dan Murphy

Dan Murphy has over 13 years of professional experience in public policy, government affairs, and public affairs. Dan began their career in 2007 as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Legislative Assistant for Rep. Patrick J. Kennedy at the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2010, they moved to the Office of the Mayor of New York City as Manager of Policy and Government Affairs. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at NYC & Company as Senior Manager of Government Relations, Communications and Partnerships. Dan then joined American Express as Marketing Manager of Partnerships and Engagement in 2015. In 2017, they moved to Amazon as Senior Marketing Manager of Social Impact and Partnerships. From 2019 to 2022, they held two positions at REEF as Head of Public Affairs for North America and Head of Public Affairs for the Western US and Canada. Dan is currently VP of Government Affairs and Public Policy at REPLICA.

Dan Murphy completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2015. Dan received a BA in History from Colgate University in 2006, and graduated from Ridgewood High School in 2002.
