Samantha Roxas

Samantha Roxas has a long history of work experience. Samantha began their career in 2011 as a Constituent Representative for the United States Senate. Samantha then worked as a Policy and Member Relations Associate for SPUR in 2012, followed by a Legislative Aide for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Office of Supervisor President David Chiu in 2014. Samantha then moved on to become a Senior Legislative Aide for the California State Assembly Office of Assemblymember David Chiu, Assistant Speaker pro Tempore in the same year. In 2015, they founded MAAARI and in 2016, they became the Director of Policy and Communications for the City and County of San Francisco Office of President and Acting Mayor London Breed. From 2018 to 2020, they held various roles at WeWork, including Senior Manager Public Affairs and Public Affairs Manager. In 2020, they joined REEF as Vice President of Public Affairs, North America, Head of Public Affairs, West, and Head of Public Affairs, Southern California. Most recently, they were appointed Director of State & Local Public Policy at Replica in 2022.

Samantha Roxas received their B.A. in International Relations and Public Administration from San Francisco State University. Samantha also studied Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the University of Ghana.
