Jordan Buchanan

Jordan Buchanan has a diverse work experience spanning over the past 15 years. They started their career at American Express as an Inside Sales Representative, where they received recognition for their achievements. They then moved on to roles at Xello and Intelex Technologies as an Enterprise Account Executive. Following that, they joined ADP as a District Manager, handling major accounts. Jordan then transitioned to D3 Security as an Enterprise Account Executive, focusing on the Northeast region. Afterward, they worked at Rapid7 as an Enterprise Account Executive for the Canadian market. Currently, Jordan is working at Replicant as an Enterprise Account Executive, utilizing their expertise in Contact Center Automation.

Jordan Buchanan attended McMaster University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology. In 2010 to 2011, they also earned a Diploma in Public Relations from the same university. Additionally, in February 2023, Jordan obtained the Winning by Design - Selling for Impact Certification Course (W1-23A) from Winning by Design.
