Paul Dillon

Paul Dillon is a seasoned refrigeration technician with extensive experience in various industries. Currently employed at Republic Refrigeration since September 2023, Paul has previously held refrigeration technician positions at Perdue Farms, King & Prince Seafood, and Nestlé, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in the field. Earlier career roles included refrigeration/maintenance technician and WMS coordinator at Ryder Logistics and process technician at Pentair, where Paul directed daily operations. Paul has also achieved certifications in industrial refrigeration through RETA in 2015 and completed the Garden City Ammonia Program in 2011.
