Rob Koury is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the steel industry. Serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Republic Steel since June 2013, Rob Koury has implemented data-driven performance metrics to enhance company operations and foster cross-departmental collaboration. Additionally, as Executive Vice President - Commercial, Rob Koury drove a 40% increase in the company’s hot roll order book by developing comprehensive commercial strategies. Previous roles include overseeing Human Resources, Labor Relations, and EHS, where Rob Koury negotiated key collective bargaining agreements, and serving as Associate General Counsel, providing legal guidance on business restructuring and litigation matters. Rob Koury's legal expertise was further honed during tenures at Littler Mendelson and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP.
