Adam Hollander has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Adam started their career as a Research Associate at the University of Toronto in 2015, where they conducted research using animal stroke models and wrote grant applications for research funding.
In 2020, Adam joined Dye & Durham Corporation as a Business Analyst, where they provided analytics and project support to various departments. Adam later transitioned to a Senior Business Analyst role and worked on critical business initiatives across Canada, Europe, and Australia. Adam was then promoted to Integration Manager, responsible for managing business integrations for acquisitions valued at a combined $750 million. Adam successfully led the integration of TELUS Financial Solutions, a provider of real estate and banking SaaS products.
Adam's most recent role is with Republix, where they serve as the Director of Integration & Special Projects since 2023. In this position, they are responsible for directing and coordinating large groups of stakeholders to separate business units, identify cost and revenue synergy opportunities, and translate the executive leadership team's strategic vision into action within strict timelines.
Adam Hollander started their education in 2010 at Redeemer University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biology. Adam studied at Redeemer University until 2014. After a two-year gap, in 2016, Adam enrolled in the UBC Sauder School of Business. Adam completed their studies in 2020 and obtained an AACI degree in the Appraisal Institute of Canada Education Program.
