Dakshini B. has a diverse work experience. Dakshini began their career in 2013 with a Student Internship at Profit Through Ethics Ltd., where they helped develop the company's main outreach tool, the Responsible 100 Questionnaire. In 2015, they joined Samhita Social Ventures Pvt Ltd. as a Research and Business Development Associate. In 2019, they moved to IPE Global Limited, where they worked as an Analyst. Currently, they are an Assistant Manager, Brand Partnerships at rePurpose Global, the world's leading Plastic Action Platform dedicated to reducing waste, reviving lives, and restoring nature's balance.

Dakshini B. holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environmental Economics and Climate Change from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Dakshini also holds a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from St. Xavier's College. In addition, they have obtained a Sustainable Finance certification from the UN Environment Programme in January 2022.
