Jamie Sowden

Jamie Sowden possesses extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Litigation Specialist at Repwest Insurance Company since March 2014, facilitating communication between the company and UH Legal. Previously, Jamie held the position of Claims Supervisor, where responsibilities included coaching and training a team of claims analysts to enhance productivity and customer service. Prior to Repwest, Jamie worked as a Casualty Claims Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance, negotiating settlements and demonstrating in-depth knowledge of insurance guidelines. Jamie's career began at USAA, where the role of Claims Supervisor involved providing exceptional customer service and managing inquiries. Jamie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University.
