Hamidreza Riazi

Hamidreza Riazi is a seasoned professional in the field of materials and petroleum engineering, currently serving as a Senior Researcher and corrosion management specialist at the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) since May 2018. In addition to this role, Hamidreza serves as an Adjunct Professor at Arak University of Technology since September 2013 and has held various academic and research positions including XRD Laboratory Specialist at Isfahan University of Technology and Visiting Researcher at the University of Adelaide. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Petroleum University of Technology. Additionally, Hamidreza gained early career experience as a Graduate Trainee at both the Iranian Offshore Oil Company and the National Iranian Gas Company, complemented by roles in business consulting and junior research.
